Capabilities

Nine technologies. Zero interfaces.

Every process step under one roof, planned by one system — from your CAD file to the painted, assembled, tested component on the truck.

  1. Engineering & production preparation (3P)

Our engineering team adapts your 2D/3D documentation to the factory — nesting, weld sequencing, fixture design, initial sampling. PPAP/ISIR is our native process: the first article arrives with its documentation, not after it.

  2. Laser cutting

Trumpf fibre laser cells cut steel, stainless and aluminium from 1 to 15 mm — nested by the CAD/CAM system straight from your files, traced by the digital thread from the first sheet.

  3. Bending & panel bending

CNC press brakes and panel bending for long formed parts, enclosure faces and complex profiles — laser-guarded, program-controlled, repeatable across the series.

  4. Rolling

Cylindrical and conical rolled parts — shells, ferrules and rings for boiler bodies and machine housings, formed in-house so the welded assembly never waits on a subcontractor.

  5. Welding — ISO 3834-2 certified ISO 3834-2

Every joint is welded to a documented, qualified WPS/WPQR by certified welders — and robotic cells repeat the qualified process without drift across the series. MIG-MAG, TIG, stud and spot welding, plus handheld laser welding where difficulty beats automation.

  6. Shot blasting

Automated shot blasting prepares every surface for coating — clean steel, defined roughness, documented process parameters.

  7. External surface treatment

Where your specification calls for galvanising, KTL or special coatings, we manage qualified external partners inside our logistics thread — one purchase order, one responsibility, one delivery.

Managed external processes · single-supplier responsibility

  8. Powder coating

In-house powder coating line with overhead conveyor — from blasting through pre-treatment to cured coat in one flow, in your RAL, with layer-thickness measurement in the record.

  9. Assembly & testing

Mechanical assembly, fittings, insulation and functional testing — your product leaves as a checked unit, packed to your logistics manual, retrieved from the automated warehouse in two minutes.

Series production of welded sheet-metal assemblies — nothing else

We would rather tell you now than after your enquiry.

What we build

  • Series of 200–10,000 pieces per year — planned, repeating production.
  • Welded, formed sheet-metal assemblies in steel, stainless and aluminium, 1–15 mm.
  • Complete units: cut, formed, welded, coated, assembled — electronics mounted and tested where your product needs them.

What we don't

  • No plastics or injection moulding.
  • No stand-alone CNC machining jobs — machining exists here only in service of our own assemblies.
  • No one-off prototypes without a series behind them.

Quality you can measure

3D structured-light scanning compares the finished part against your CAD model — colour-mapped deviation, documented, shipped with the part.

Verify it: pick any part from a running order and ask for its scan report. How to audit us →

Which technology does your part need? All of them, probably.
